So when a certain Frank Moore Cross declared the JehoashTablet a forgery because there were literal mistakes on the tablet. It was due to the semi-literate people of Judah at the time the tablet was composed. The tablet itself was a dedication to the repair and restoration of the 1st Temple after several hundred years of neglect by the people of Judah during to their apostasy.
